This policy covers refunds and cancellations for design services purchased from design-hitch.
If you cancel after paying the 50% deposit but before your project brief has been approved and work has started, we will refund 80% of the deposit. A 20% administrative fee applies.
Once work starts (defined as delivery of the strategy document or first wireframes), the deposit is non-refundable. You retain ownership of all work delivered to that stage.
All sales are final after delivery of final Figma files and completion of agreed revision rounds. We do not offer refunds after final delivery.
If we fail to deliver the agreed scope due to circumstances on our side, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, without deduction.
If you believe there is a discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered, contact hello@design-hitch.com. We respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
