These terms govern your use of design-hitch.com and any services purchased from design-hitch. By accessing this site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
We provide web design services delivered digitally as Figma source files and written documentation. All services are described on the relevant service pages and in your order confirmation.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before final files are released. Micro Site and Starter packages require full payment upfront.
Delivery timelines begin from brief approval. Starter: 7 days. Pro: 21 days. Studio: 42 days. Micro Site: 7 days. Client delays extend timelines by the same number of business days.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Feedback must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of each delivery to maintain the agreed timeline.
Upon final payment, full ownership of delivered design files transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project start.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of delivered files.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota. Disputes shall be resolved in Minnehaha County, South Dakota courts.
